Bollywood actor held for molesting estranged wife - Actor Khalid Siddiqui, 41, was taken into custody earlier this week by the Khar police after he had a dispute with his estranged wife Raahat, according to a Mumbai Mirror report.

The episode occurred around 3 am on Wednesday outside the apartment of his 'girlfriend' in Bandra, where Siddiqui allegedly abused Raahat in front of the building's watchmen.

Siddiqui was later given bail by the Bandra court after he claimed there was no intent to offend his wife's modesty and that despite their separation technically she was still his wife.

As per the complaint registered by Raahat, who works as an interior designer, Siddiqui had not been taking care of their children and "abused and molested" her when she raised any objection.
