"Bhabhi Ji Ghar Pe Hain" fame actress Shilpa Shinde's controversy has been going on for a long time. After her fallout with the television show, the Cine and TV Artistes Association (CINTAA) had decided to ban the actress from television.

Shinde has filed a police complaint against CINTAA for banning her from working with any broadcaster after her spat with producer Binaifer Kohli.

Earlier, Binaifer had approached the CINTAA for the actress' decision to make an abrupt exit from the show.

The association then ordered Shinde to return back to shoot for 'Bhabi Ji Ghar Pe Hain' show but the actress refused to do at her stance.
