Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump has shared his chauvinistic opinion on why women may prefer to wear burkas, and it's to do with make-up, or a lack of.

Speaking at a rally in New Hampshire, where he has been the frontrunner since launching his Presidential campaign, Trump tried to use the decision to wear full face veils as evidence that the United States should stop intervening in the Middle East region.

Citing failed military interventions in Iraq and Libya, he suggested it has been useless to try to export "freedom" to Muslim countries.

Trump has been criticizing interventionist foreign policy throughout his presidential campaign and even asserted to deport all Syrian refugees who seek asylum in the U.S. because they may be ISIS.
