To entice customers, budget airline SpiceJet has introduced a new sale offer on Thursday. The latest scheme 'Let's Go Abroad Sale' is offering low one- way fares of Rs. 2699 on international routes.

The offer is valid for travel between 19 March and 30 June. The reservations can be made between 19 March and 22 March.

According to SpiceJet's website, "The sale is valid only for travel on direct flights to international destinations on SpiceJet's network."

The airline introduced its first offer on January 28. This is the sixth low fare offer to attract customers this year from SpiceJet.

Its cheapest offer came out last month when "cheaper-than-train-fares" sale was announced. In the scheme air tickets as low as Rs. 599 were announced.

Many domestic carriers have introduced a run of discounted ticket schemes this year to woo customers in the January-March and July-September. These months are conventionally considered a period of low-travel demand.

Earlier in the month,Jet Airways had announced a low-fare scheme where it offered tickets for as low as Rs.1,193. Indigo had also offered low fares of Rs. 1,499 on advance bookings.
