A gunman opened fire at the Pulse gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida, early Sunday, injuring several people, police said. The alleged shooter is now confirmed dead by the police.
Witnesses saw chaos outside the south Orlando nightclub as first responders reached the scene of the shooting and loaded the injured into as many vehicles as possible.
The gunman used a semi-automatic firearm to fire inside the nightclub .
A clubber coming out of Pulse informed the New York the Daily News that he had seen another assailant shooting up victims from a vehicle outside the nightclub.
“We were just leaving the club and we started hearing the shots,” clubber Anthony Torres told the Daily News. “Everyone was running and screaming.”
