Microsoft Flow keyboard for iPhone available now is surprisingly useful

The Windows 10 Mobile is the finest mobile keyboard available out there, closely followed by iOS' default keyboard and Swiftkey on Android.

With Flow, Microsoft has just delivered a Swiftkey-style keyboard for iOS.

Microsoft's Flow keyboard is only available on the US iTunes store for now, but positively, it will arrive for the Indian market soon. The keyboard appears like a regular keyboard at first glance but it's not bad at all. Oddly enough, instead of pop-up keys on tapping, there is Cortana's blue holo ring.

The keyboards requires a few minutes of hands-on time before you really settle in. Autocorrect picks up as you type or swipe and while it was originally annoying, the app learns your style fast enough.

One of the crucial features of Flow is one-handed mode. There are two icons on the top of the device, on both sides of the keyboard, and swiping on either of the icons drives the keyboard to fan out from either the left or the right corner. Your thumb logically flows over the keyboard in this mode, making it seamless for one-handed use.

Microsoft Flow might be the paramount swipe keyboard on iOS yet. However, a subtler aesthetic could have made the keyboard more palatable.
