Google Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X users report issues with devices - Google Huawei Nexus 6P users are unhappy with the poor call quality, and muffled voice when using the phone. Google's product forum is filled with a few of these complaints from users. User complaints about low-quality calls have also been shared on XDA Developer forums.

Besides, users have also spoken against the Nexus 5X becoming unresponsive when it is being charged. As per the complaints on the forum, the scroll/swipe speed appears to be much slower on the Nexus 5X and there's a visible lag on the device.

A lot of user reports note that the covering the rear-microphone instigates the problem but for some the opposite is true, i.e. covering the mic actually fixes the problem.

On XDA Developers forum users have also complained that they need to place the microphone right next to their mouths for anyone to hear them when on a call and that the problem continues even if they are in quieter environment.

Another comment on XDA by a user blames the aggressive noise-cancellation and says that a software update could resolve the issue and it might not be a hardware problem at all. On the Google Product Forum, Google experts have responded by saying that they are examining the issue and working on a solution.
