Germanwings to cancel more flights as staff refuse to fly

A day after an Airbus A320 operated by Germanwings, the budget arm of Lufthansa, crashed in the French Alps, some crew members are refusing to fly.

As a result, Germanwings will have to cancel more flights on Wednesday.

A spokesperson for Germanwings said "There will be irregularities... There are crew members who do not want to fly in the current situation, which we understand."

The Germanwings flight 4U 9525 flying to Duesseldorf crashed into a mountainside yesterday. As many as 150 people, including 16 school children lost their lives in the crash.
