Japanese electronics giant Sony on Saturday revealed Kill Strain at its PlayStation Experience event in Las Vegas.
The Kill Strain is a free-to-play, "fast and addictive" top-down multiplayer action game developed by Sony's developers at San Diego studio.
Kill Strain features "five-versus-two-versus-five" matches, and its senior director Christian Phillips said the players will not be punished by the monetization model of this game.
Sony announced that the game would hit the market in 2015 and interested gamers can sign up for its beta at killstrain.com.
The news about Sony's plan to release Kill Strain first came out in open when it filed for a trademark of the same name and another product called Entwined back in April.
