Kim Kardashian Takes 1,800 Calories a Day to Lose the Last 28 Lbs. of Baby Weight

Los Angeles: Kim Kardashian West has shed 42 pounds of baby weight since giving birth to her son Saint in December and her nutritionist Colette Heimowitz is explaining how she did it.

Colette explained that Kim has protein in every single meal, coupled with healthy fats and high-fiber foods. Sweets, cakes, crackers, white flour, white rice are definite no-nos.

Colette further says Kim is eating about 1,800 calories as day, which is on the low end for a breastfeeding mom, adding going too low would actually hurt her weight loss progress.
