Kanye West has been released from UCLA Medical Center, where he was being kept under heavy medical supervision since being admitted on Nov. 21.
"He is home, getting some rest," a source informed PEOPLE magazine.
"Kanye is at home with Kim and the kids. He seems okay and happy to be home. Kim's family is visiting," a source close to the family has been quoted as saying by PEOPLE. "Kanye will continue to receive treatment and help with how to cope with stress. He needs to learn how to better balance his work and family life."
West, 39, was hospitalized for exhaustion and sleep deprivation after he canceled the remaining dates of his Saint Pablo tour, and remained at the hospital over the Thanksgiving holiday.
His Wife Kim Kardashian West, returned to Los Angeles from New York City where she was attending an event honoring her late father, Robert Kardashian, to be by West's side as he recovered from his physical and emotional meltdown.
Kendall Jenner spoke about her brother-in-law while preparing to walk at her second Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Paris on Wednesday.
"Everyone's okay," she told Entertainment Tonight. "Everyone is doing okay ? just praying."
Jenner added: "Yes, of course [he'll be okay]."
