Apple is trying to attract those customers who are planning to ditch laptops for more portable tablets, but want a powerful machine to complete their work.
The latest 9.7-inch Apple iPad Pro comes loaded with all the power and performance of the original extra-large iPad Pro, but its size is small. Inside, there's a powerful processor, 256GB of storage and a new "True Tone" display that adjusts its color based on the light around you.
But Apple is going to face a stiff competition from Google, Microsoft and Samsung, who have already launched Google Pixel C, Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and Samsung Galaxy TabPro S respectively.
The display size of iPad Pro is 9.7-inch and its resolution is 2,048x1,536. The Google Pixel C has a 10.2-inch and 2,560x1,800-pixel resolution, while the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 boasts of a 12.3-inch and 2,736x1,824 pixels resolution. The screen of Samsung Galaxy TabPro S is of 12-inch and its resolution is 2,160x1,440 pixels
The dimensions of iPad Pro 9.7, Google Pixel C,Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and Samsung Galaxy TabPro S are 9.4 x 6.6 x 0.24 in,9.5 x 7.04 x 0.2 in,11.5 x 7.9 x 0.33 in and 11.4 x 7.9 x 0.33 in respectively.
The iPad Pro runs iOS 9.3, while the Google Pixel C runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Surface Pro 4 has Windows 10 Pro as its OS and Galaxy TabPro S's OS is Windows 10.
